Sent mine out to ASI in TN, you could fix it yourself if you are good at soldering on circuit boards. I am not and cost me under $100 to sent out and have it repaired with a lifetime warranty.. It would cost $250 from ford. Their website shows you how to take it out, very simple.

In the above link he says to use a 'soldering pen'. Does anyone know where to find one of these? Or am I missing something? I have tried Fry's and Radio Shack, they say they don't having like this. I don't want to take a soldering iron to the circuit board and damage it.

I think he means a soldering iron.
A soldering gun is really heavy duty and probably gets too hot.
