There can be a few options, an Auxiliary Idle Controller(Can be pricey)
If your trans is a PTO, and for some reason even some non PTO it might be worth a shot to try, pretty cheap if it doesn't. You simply apply 12v to pin 66 of the PCM here is a post on that PTO transmission high idle
Or the most common aside from tuning is a setup similar to this thread
Cookie's Home Brew High Idle or this one Home Brew High Idle

Big al hit in on the head. My e99 the homemade way would not work. But after a lot of searching and help from my FTE brothers I did find a aux idle control wih wiring and mount for $100 on Craigslist.

If you ever get to the point of chipping, there are hi-idle programs taylored to your needs. I live way up North and I sometimes need a warm-up idle. My tuner bumps the idle RPM up and closes the Exhaust Back Pressure Valve to speed the warmup time on those crazy-cold mornings, and I use it for giving other vehicles a jump. Chipping is a big expense, so it's not for everybody.
