FINAL UPDATE! So my intermittent stalling issue final got more frequent so I could trouble shoot easier. Looked all over all suggested fuel pump relay locations and removed while running and guess what. Stayed running. I've done mountains of work trying to chase this stalling issue down. Last week at stalled and rather then firing right back up it went into a crank but no start condition. That's when the troubleshooting got easier. It was the fuel pump relay which is integrated into the fuse panel/cjb in the drivers floor space. Replace the panel for 450$ no programming required just instal and go. Truck is back! These are the repairs I had done over the past year trying to hint this down.
Check all fuses/relays
Clean tb
Clean maf
Check vacuum leaks
New iac valve
New cps
New tps
New crank sensor
New pcv valve
New battery
Inspect all cops
Inspect all wiring
New fuel fump
And finally new fuse panel! Fixed.
The 02 and 03s have integrated relays built into the cjb. If u have a no radio/windows issue on start up this is also cause by a relay that is unserviceable. Not the acc delay relay but the Battery delay relay. Hope this helps some1 in the future. Pita 4 me for over a year.
Thank you for the report. Would you happen to have a picture of the cjb and location on the floor?
My 2003 F250 5.4L has the fuel pump relay integrated into the CJB. Give them your VIN and they can tell you. The part is 3c3z-14a068-bb. Built in January 2003. Split year. Some VINs have a different part. I have not replaced mine because it only stalls after its hot and has been towing my trailer. It starts back up after it's cooled down. Weird.
Thank you Squirrely,
I'm sure glad that wasn't the case with mine. Below is a copy of the post that helped me to locate it. Thanks again for sharing the info!

This is exactly where I found it. Thanks for the help!
