What was with your wiring tin man? I have been intermittently stalling. Got it to stall today with the pressure gage hooked up to the rail. Watched it go from 35lbs and fall slowly to 0 sputter n stall. Been happening radomly for a year now. Always thought a fuel pump itself just quit and left u stranded. That's why I'm guessing it's electrical. Probably will end up doing the pump anyway but relay and wiring is worth a shot as the pump is big $$$$.

I changed the pump and relays, still would die once in a while. No fuel pressure. Turned out to be the wiring plug right above the tank was not getting a good connection. I put some dilectric (sp) grease on it and zip tied it together. Has been working fine ever since.
My truck is a '99 w/5.4....
Update. No relay behind radio! My 03 has it built into the fuse panel. Still losing power. Wires checked out good from pump to inertia switch. So it's gotta be the unserviceable relay or the computer itself. Due panels are 1000$ and comp is $175 used and then get ford to program it. If its the relay built I. The panel we will try to bypass it and mount a new plug in style one under there someplace. This is making me crazy!!!!!

Try looking for the relay behind the radio like on this thread.
Well it's in the shop. My mech. Has the diagram from ford and it's built in the cjb behind all the fuses. He tracing put wiring from pump to switch to relay. Maybe a short some where? Still looks like the built in relay or comp?!?!?! This is the most frustrating truck issue to date. Any1 want to buy a mint 03 f350 xlt with a 100k on it. Lol
FINAL UPDATE! So my intermittent stalling issue final got more frequent so I could trouble shoot easier. Looked all over all suggested fuel pump relay locations and removed while running and guess what. Stayed running. I've done mountains of work trying to chase this stalling issue down. Last week at stalled and rather then firing right back up it went into a crank but no start condition. That's when the troubleshooting got easier. It was the fuel pump relay which is integrated into the fuse panel/cjb in the drivers floor space. Replace the panel for 450$ no programming required just instal and go. Truck is back! These are the repairs I had done over the past year trying to hint this down.
Check all fuses/relays
Clean tb
Clean maf
Check vacuum leaks
New iac valve
New cps
New tps
New crank sensor
New pcv valve
New battery
Inspect all cops
Inspect all wiring
New fuel fump
And finally new fuse panel! Fixed.
The 02 and 03s have integrated relays built into the cjb. If u have a no radio/windows issue on start up this is also cause by a relay that is unserviceable. Not the acc delay relay but the Battery delay relay. Hope this helps some1 in the future. Pita 4 me for over a year.

I know this is an old thread but I have a cranks but no start condition on my 2000 F-350, 5.4 L, manual transmission. It is mentioned that the 02 and 03 have the fuel pump relay integrated on the fuse box under dash. Does anyone know if my truck could possibly have the same integrated relay? Thanks!
I think yours is a separate relay and located behind the radio. Much easier fix. Search around for your model + fuel pump relay and you should find some pics. I know I ran across a bunch when I was looking up info on the '02 and was a bit jealous.

Okay. Thank you. I just wanted to ask before I get started, just in case I discover no juice at the inertia switch. I was hoping it was behind the radio instead of part of the GEM. Although, my preference would be for it to be in one of the fuse boxes but that would make life too easy.
