'77 highboy headers

'77 highboy headers
hi, I know there has been a few threads started on this already, but i was just wondering what the difference is between the '73-'76 headers and the '77 highboy ones. And also why wouldnt the lowboy ones work? If anyone has tried this, any info would help, thanks!

73 390 headers
Does anyone know where to get longer headers to fit a 73 highboy with a 390? The ones I have that came with the truck ride the crossmember under the transmission. I looked around but nobody seems to have the longer ones that I need. Looking for ones about 3-4 inches lower.
