What is this part?
I was curious a what this is. I bought this truck a month ago and several days after i got it the engine pretty much self destructed so the dealer i got it from installed another engine under Warrenty and not new of course. I was looking at it good the other day and noticed a plug unplugged so plugged it back in and began to look even further. I noticed a gray connector under power steering reservoir with one wire going to this black box and the black box has a piece of metal underneath running through one of the mount bolts. But it is very loose i can spin around as far as the wire can reach. Is this metal bracket suppose to be tight somewhere or just loosely like it is now.
