Almost died - steering
So I got a free rust free "new" OBS 1995 F150 5.0 Rwd 5 speed yesterday 
we love free
I heard its common to have loose steering on these trucks. I had all my fittings greased all my fluid levels checked yesterday the works .
Than I drove on the highway "interstate"
The steering is far looser than I thought I slowed to 50 mph and left my hazards on the whole 45 min
drive. And the darn thing was still all over the road I drifted to the lane beside me a few times with transports passing me "almost died"
I'm not sure where to start looking but I'm broke financially so hoping this won't cost a lot lol
I'm just scared to drive my truck

Yours sounds worse, so I'd park it till you figure out what is about to fail completely and send you or someone else to the grave.
