Curt, I did these because the light is bright, it points strait down, and sticks on with 3m tape. The lights are 12" long and about 1/8"thick, and have a long pigtail harness that is super easy to hook up to anywhere.

Anybody know if the 05 has the wiring for those lights inside the door?

Mr. Ortiz said that the 03 was the last year that the lights were in there. If you want lighting in the front doors on an 04+, you will have to run wires into the door from the dome light circuit, or somehow, tap into the door latch wiring. The door latch knows if the door is open or not. Thats what tells the dome lights to come on or go out. They dont have the typical door pin like they used to make em.
