Interior Lights

Well I was at a drive in over the weekend and had the rear doors open and the window up since it was raining. Third row seat out tucked under the rear of the vehicle and second row folded down. It provided a great viewing area for the entire family. The only thing I could not figure out is how to turn the darn dome lights off. After draining the battery I popped all the covers and took the bulbs out. Left the running board lights alone.

Does anyone have any idea how to get all those interior light out when the rear hatch is open????

Ditto here, mine go off after a while (10 - 15 mins) if the engine is off. But, if you close and reopen a door that time period starts over, inconvenient for your drive-in scenario and starts the battery wear time period again.

Also, to add another variable, I was driving a short distance recenly on some non-public roads and wanted to leave the hatch open for cargo hanging out reasons, but it was after dark and can't hardly drive with all those lights on after dark and see anything. Wonder if the same time delay works with the engine running or is ther a manual method to get the lights out?
