Im sure some of you read somewhere that i was putting in a new rad or even watched that vid, well i did end up installing that radiator, and was about 10mins away from starting my truck when i started seeing coolant hit the ground sure enough damaged core, i did sort of notice where the copper was pushed in there but didnt think anything of it...So yeah sure enough i went back and checked the box you can see where something punctured it. So i swapped the radiator for a new one that came yesterday today i went up and was looking this one over real good (i had to have my dad pick it up for me since it came after i was at work) and sure enough the cap is dented in about 1 full inch. So im just not ****ing with autozone anymore. Unfortunately I think i may have to. Because... I just cant find any other radiator out there with the same specs as my old one. It had the transcooler lines in the back with an engine cooler port and all that but none of the new ones have that as an option the autozone one doesnt either but everyone seems to have the same one.
Can you guys please help my find a radiator with everything I need? Btw its the 15x37 core not the tall and skinny one the short and wide one. Ill keep looking. But I would pay 600 for a radiator with all the goodies and aluminum would be ****ing sweet too.
this looks pretty close to what im looking for but looks like it could be quite a bit of fabricating to this. I'm decent on jury rigging things but this radiator has taken so much out of me i just want it to be right.
Do you know what the difference is on the 3 or 4 core?
And is this the same one you purchased or did you get the skinny and tall one?
It doesn't come with the fans, you buy them separate if you want them. It should be set up to be a direct bolt in for your old fan shroud and clutched fan.
I have the other size radiator, and it looks like it will bolt right in. I will know by Sunday.
Oh Ford you are not going to let up are you!?! Nope man I have decided to leave the old girl the way she is and do the upgrades on the factory unit. I am thinking the Banks down pipe to four inch exhaust. A cowl or ram air, the 60 to 1 wheel and an intercooler, which is going to be an experiment in itself! I just cant bring myself to tear apart two good running trucks. I am doing the finishing touches on the 93 and then I will create a thread to see what you all think I should try to get for her. This weekend is the new radiator, water pump, coolant filter, t-stat, trans service and A/C hose on the 94.

But I appreciate your tenacity!
Mac.
do you have a welder or have access to a welder? if so they when you pull the turbo it would be a GREAT time to upgrade the exhaust outlet on the 093 turbo. then just get a 3" psd DP or make your own 3" DP. i have a thread on here with pics of the outlet and the dp.
