Clogged muffler

Hi i have a 2002 f150 with a flowmaster 40 series and the other day i heard rattling inside it. I figure its from the catalytic converters because they were clogged so i knocked them out and i was wondering how to get the pieces out of my muffler?

Respectfully, why did you not make sure it was all cleared when you had it apart?
Remove the muffler and work on it.
There is no other magic with the muffler/s on the truck..
