Early 99 Intercooler boot clamp torque?
I was towing on Sunday and blew the upper intercooler boot off. It was probably my fault as I had it off a couple of weeks ago when doing the UVCH. Anybody know the torque setting for the intercooler boot clamps?

No turbo about as much power as a Prius running on 20% Ethonol!
