WOW. I just bought a 2001 from a 70 year old man who bought it new and drove all highway miles and changed the oil every 3k miles. It has 280,000 on the ticker.

I have no idea I do very little to her and she still runs great . I change the oil every 10000 miles the transmission every 100,000. So far no major repairs

You can see my list of mods in my sig. My truck has been down the dragstrip about 100 or so times. I just put a new transmission in it this weekend. The stock one lasted me through a heck of a lot. I bought the truck 5 years ago with 140K on it, so almost half of the miles have been in the last 5 years.

At 270,000 I had the #8 injector go bad so I had all 8 replaced lol and I just had to get the bearings done but other than that it's been a great truck knock on wood everything else is holding up well ( knock on wood)
