That's the ABS Control Module

Fuse F102 supplies it as an "ALWAYS HOT" supply.

It is not related in any way to your flasher problem.

Thanks i found this on ebay, is 235 a good price for pump and module?

I could be wrong but, I think that's the anti lock brake module.

I Found part of then blinker problem. Fuse 23 is blown, and it continues to blow when replacing. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for 03 f150 xl 4.6ltr. Not sure how to chase down the problem.

Pick up a Haynes manual at the parts store. They have wiring diagrams in the back. I'd include a picture of the in I got but not sure how to do it here.

FOUND THE PROBLEM! Didnt want to even post this as it was so easy but just in case someone else runs into this. I have a 7pin trailer plug on rear and the 4pin had been dangling on part of frame and was short circuiting up underneath the bumper. Taped up wire and everything works.

What I see is fuse 23 is a wht/blu wire that goes into the blower/flasher relay block. Then it is a lt. blu wire that goes into the MFS.

Hmmm....

If one of the two trailer blinker/brake lights were shorting to ground, it *should* have blown the individual fuses for that circuit, not F23.

Oh well, can't argue if it's fixed.
