?? Anyone out there using the FLMOWNER website to track their maintenance on their trucks?
Called FMC last Friday only to learn FMC is having 'web issues'. When looking at my records, EVERYTHING from June of last year is missing! All of my entries plus DEALER entries are GONE!!
Ford, you have disappointed me again!
Looks like my issue may be not widespread. 2 hours on the phone with FMC customer care, they think they can fix and will call me back.
okay, FMC now says may take up to 15 days! OOF!

Mine is gone too
I called last week. ALL of the stuff I entered over the last 12 years is gone and all dealer entered stuff since about June last year is also gone. They talked with me on the phone and were nice enough, but it vasillated from they know they have a problem but don't know how to fix it one minute to sounding like they were not having trouble with anyone else's account.??

My information seems to be there, but the dealerships do not seem to enter the repairs or provide a summary of the work that was done (or not done in some cases). They note the date and mileage, nothing else.
