wth happened!?

I took my truck out a few minutes ago to make sure the 4x4 worked for the first time since I bought it, but when I went to shut it offto the truck the blower motor wants to stay running even with the keys out of the ignition. I started it back up and shut it back off but it didn't reset anything. I could here and feel relay 5 in fuse box clicking on and off so I pulled it out and that didn't shut the blower off either. What the heck can I try next?

I also noticed the blower motor only still runs when the selector is switched between the ac and off position. It wont come on when it turned anywhere to the right off the off location. 1999 f250

I went back out to see what else might be working with the ignition off and noticed the power windows are working also. I disconnected the batteries to try and reset it but that did nothing.

I accidentally posted this thread twice so if a mod would remove the other thread with the same title I would appreciate it.
