94 Crew Cab Rear Window Problems

94 Crew Cab Rear Window Problems
94 F350, 4wd, 460, Crew Cab,
My rear windows are done. They wont easly roll up or down and wont roll up all of the way. I have new gear kits for them but I have no idea how to get to the motor. I have service manuals and everything is for the front doors not the back. If I can figure out how to get the motor out I can fix it. Im stumpped. There is no where to "drill" ethier.
On a bright note I am putting a new engine and transmission in this weekend.

if the 94 is the same as my 97(dont see why it wouldnt be) look through the hole where the wire goes u can see one bolt for the motor then look down infront and back you should be able to see the other 2 i just drilled 1/2" holes to get access to them u will need skinny arms (or someone with them) but u can reach it from the hole behind the motor

I just gutted a crewcab door tonight to swap the glass out, It took me 10 minuets with the grinder (rivets) and a 11mm socket to COMPLETELY gut the door. Assembly would take less than 10 min

eithor way would work fine I had bout 25 min total time in mine including finding my stupid drill ( which was in the house)
