92 crew cab rear window problems

1992 F350 crew cab dually gas 460

hi, both my rear windows go down but niether will go back up. hear the motors on both sides when trying but nothing happens. also if needing to replace motors are the back motors the same as fronts? having a hard time locating any specific motor replacement parts for rear windows on part store sights. All the listings say either right or left front. thanks

On my '97 crew cab the front and rear motors are different.

Are the windows loose in the tracks? If so they could be binding which would make it harder on the motor.

thanks, they dont appear to be loose. if backs go down someone has to help them up while someone pushes the up switch.

Didn't they not have power rear windows for Crew Cabs until late 94?

Check the switches, then check the wiring. They like to brake right where it hinges
