That's what my pressure readings looked like. Had an interesting development though. When my truck is idling the clutch stays engaged but if I rev the engine to around 1500 it will constantly kick in & out. I applied a constant 12 volts to engage the clutch and never disengaged when revd it up. So I'm guessing it either has not enough or to much freon. Or one of the switches is going bad. Anybody have any ideas?
I'm def not a mechanic but my truck is doing the exact same thing, goodl springer pops f350 like someone said earlier I'd put money on everything working fine other than your clutch is worn and it's not engaging... Crank your truck, let the ac run until your clutch stops, tap it, barely! I bet it kicks right on and you'll have ac right up until the system is pressurized, the clutch will kick off and your air will start to get hot... Tap it again and it'll work again... Do the shim mod from springer pops site, that's my next move just gotta find a set of shims or break down and buy a whole clutch... Good luck
I've already done the shim mod. You can let it idle and it will blow cold all day but when you get the rpms up it constantly kicks in out every few seconds.

Did you get it working properly & what was the problem?
My truck had too much of a charge based on the temperature and would shut off and blow hot.
I had charged it during the early spring when temps were in the low 70s but when we started hitting 80s the pressure was too high.
