Assuming they haven't already been replaced then they are not Rancho shocks, they are Motorcraft shocks painted and stickered to look like Rancho's. They are part of the FX4 package.

Well, thats a little misleading. They are Rancho shocks... sorta. Rancho didnt make then, they licensed the name to ford to use. Presumably this means Rancho said "yeah, these are good enough to call ours. Heres our stickers."
But truthfully, there is no difference between OEM standard and OEM "Rancho" shocks. In fact most people say the RS5000 are an improvement over the OEM "Ranchos".
What shocks do you need? What do you do with your truck?
for the moment, i am just trying to figure out what i've got
as to what i need, i use the truck as a daily driver - bought it used - guy that had it before used it to tow a fifth wheel camper- so maybe he had it set up for that - i'll get more info on the shock (model number) if i can, to see if it is stock or an upgrade
