OK so I had a skip in the engine and took out and rebuilt all 8 injectors. T he drivers side was no problem truck ran smoother after a long hard start I guess it was air purging. The truck has more power and is the smoothest its ever been. After @ week i got to the passengers side. One injector#3 i think was rebuilt wrong, the small ball inside was installed with its bore 180 degrees, so i guess there was no fuel passing that injector at all. T he truck went thru a long hard start again(20sec) and tried turning over but never started. After that it just turns over like a gasoline engine with no spark. I have one code p2285 icp low pressure. i Pulled the icp sensor and cranked till oil came out of the hpo rail. Then put the sw back. Started cranking and after @5 sec the check engine and amber engine light go out and the oil pressure gauge goes to normal. Voltage on the icp switch goes from .3v to over 1v then back to .3 after i stop cranking the engine @5 sec. There is no smoke at the tail pipe and with the key on i have 48v on the FICM. Though i have not tested the FICM other than that. I have the valve cover off and i don't see any oil coming out except for when the icp sw is removed. I was going to check the icp sw on a manifold i made but I have not found what ohms the sw should read at min/max pressure. Im also not sure if its 12vdc supplied. thanks in adv.
