bad or wrong ICP?

Replaced ICP and IPR last night and now no start....ICP is at 2500 and IPR is at 25...plenty of smoke and it tries to start but no go

Sumthin' ain't right. 2500 is more than a little hot with cranking and 25% IPR. That pressure is when the HPOP is dead-headed (according to the last link in my signature). Either none of your injectors are opening, or you have a bad ICP telling the PCM that the injectors are not opening. You should see about 500-800 PSI while crankning.

fixed and only 2 hours late for work....UVCH on passanger side was off
