Cleaning engine bay?

Hello I just purchased my first diesel truck. Its a 1990 F350 crew cab long bed dual wheel 2wd with the Exodus tranny. The engine bay is dusty, dirty, and greasy. What is the best way to clean it and the engine? Should I use a pressure washer on low or just spray engine with engine degreaser and hose out. Thanks for any advise you have.

I used engine degrease and simple green with a garden hose with small tip. worked great. Just don't get it in the intake.
