My 76 F250 Supercab doesn't have cab lights. I believe a truck isn't a truck without them so I'm looking for an OEM set with harness. Any of you guys know where I might find something like that?

You're asking for roof mounted clearance lights, correct?

There were two different styles used in 1976, both are obsolete, but can be found NOS.

I dunno if anyone has the wiring harness as it's also obsolete. One a the obsolete parts locator sites I use is down for maintenance, will take a look-see when it wakes up.

 

Yea the roof mounted clearance lights. I've always just called 'em cab lights, sorry. That'd be awesome if I could get a set. What's the difference in the 2 styles? Thanks again!!

 

Speaking of clearance lights... What is the part # for the lenses since I'm missing 3 of them on my truck ?

 

I was going to put a set on my truck, and couldn't find any that didn't look their age. I got a new set at NAPA that are an exact copy, look at the picture bottom left of my post. I ran a wire across the lights ans tied them all in together and and ran the wire down the A pillar, and tied into the brown parking light wire on my light switch. looks original, and never a problem.

My '76 F-350 has factory installed roof clearance lights, however they are the less common separate lens type. I was at the junkyard and was looking at the lights because I need the lenses and all the ones I saw from the '80-'86 & '87-'91 trucks had the plastic all in one style, even the '78-'79s I saw. I saw no '73-'76 with the lights, so the search continues.
