There is no such thing as a big block or small block in dealing with a Ford. Lol. Ford does there engine by families, Chevy by big block and small block.
But I know what yall are saying. haha. I know they make adapters to connect a AOD trans to every engine for has ever made. Not sure about a 5 speed.
It would also be in your best interest to go ahead a by a HEI distributor for the 351c if that is what you are swapping in. It a whole lot better than points.
