for the offset you need to take a rule and a flat edge, measure from th back of were the bolts go thru to tho top of the rim to get you backspace, for the offset i dont know

I know a +18 offset on a stock or leveled truck sticks out just a little, about an inch or so. However, it is my understanding that with a lift you need a smaller offset such as a -12 offset which is a very common one. So the first thing to figure out is what the offset of your current wheels are. I would imagine they would be around a -12, but I can't be for sure. If that is the case then you'll simply want to get a wheel with something lower than a -12 offset.
