This is the number on an FE 4v intake. Any ideas what it came off of. Im going to use it on my 65 with a 352. I picked it up at the pull and save. It was laying in the bed of a mid 70s truck. These #s are on it also 5A29 nothing else other than firing order. Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this for me.
Edit: Thanks for taking a look. I went and answered my own question with a google search. It is a low to med riser. Out of possibly a Thunderbird with a 390 or out of a car with 352 or 390 from 65. If you can shed anymore light on it I would appreciate it thanks again.
If it's iron, it's your run of the mill 4 bbl 390 intake. As to what vehicle it was originally installed in, that's an answer only God himself can give you. Those numbers are only the engineering numbers, in no way can one interpret them to say that it came on any certain vehicle, or year for that matter.

Ok thanks . Its is iron and it has 4 intake holes. Thats really all that I need it to do anyway. I did a google search and it directed me right back to FTE and in various threads thats where I got my aformentioned information. Ok run of the mill for the FE mill.
Just FYI: The only iron FE intake worth noting is the 68-70 428CJ intake, these have noticably larger intake runners and a C8OE casting number. Essentially the same part as the medium riser 427 intake, only cast in iron instead of aluminum. These used to be the "poor mans" FE intake of choice, but now they sell for what the aluminum ones do.

The S code is a decent intake for daily driving. Don't know if it will help you but might be fun to look over.

Thanks for that link John. I do have an s code motor toper too. There was a discussion on my other anchor as to port size when I did my research on the # I posted up. My 352 may have smaller ports on the head and I will have to wait and see when the teardown comes as to if the other ROTM anchor will go or the s code. I bookmarked that link to favorites.
