yea well its getting a powerstroke thrown into it. it was originally a 351w so they cant go off the VIN either

I think the sticker you are talking about is the blue sticker on the Cali models. If they do look for that sticker you deffentaly don't want that one that may make them look at the truck harder.

You shouldn't need a cat, just a muffler. I passed my emissions/inspec just fine with my 3" dp into 4" exhaust with just a MBRP muffler.

i'm talking about the black one on the passenger side valve cover that says emissions equipment and has OC for oxy-catalyst. i'm not worried about the test more the visual if they do one. and im not sure if they do or not I've heard both ways. Its not a cali equipped I've checked that.

Why don't you just fix it up with out the cat and take it in? If they fail you the worst you have to do is to go back and have it tested again.

that's what i'm going to have to do and if it fails ill get that cat that was posted above and get it installed temporarily with clamps so i can remove it and put the straight pipe back in after i pass. What kit is pretty good i was looking at this one Diamond Eye because it comes with the cat delete pipe.

My son in law just bought that system. We don't have it installed yet, but I was looking at it in the box this evening and it's a real good looking system. I like the down pipe better than my MBRP.

Yea they do but its just a pm test so its not that hard to pass but I don't kno if they do a visual while I'm there or not that's the part I'm worried about passing
