Does anyone know if i need to adjust the trans computer settings? Or does it all work out after the gear change?

you will need a reflash so you have the correct speedo readings

Good question, don't know the answer to that.

What about the tuner itself? Does it have the ability to correct that? Maybe consult with your tuner company.

installation completed, 60 mph drops from 2500 rpm to 1650. But because of the larger pinion, a sensor is eliminated that I believe controls the rear abs and has something to do with the cruise control. Has anyone address this or have you just delete this? Thanks

No reflash needed, changing the gears dosen't change the speedo.
You may have a problem on the F450 rearend going to the 3;73 gears because the tone ring won't aline with the pickup sensor. I ran into this and installed a sprocket and pickup sensor on the output shaft behind trans.

The sensor picks up rear wheels speed. Without it you will have ABS problems

Stayed between 65-70mph. Not a speed junky, especially if I'm towing.
