The dieselsite kit comes from the port on the side of the water pump and returns into the small overflow hose between the top of the degas bottle and radiator.

Jose, the flow from the filter goes to a T. One side of the T goes to the degas bottle and the other side of the T goes to the radiator.

Pictures are good!!!
Is that a 3/8 hose going over the intercooler pipe, and where is it going? The 3/8 hose from the T running along side of the intercooler pipe is going where?

The one running parallel to the IC pipe back toward the firewall is from the outlet of the filter base.

I don't know on yours. You could use a different style base than the NAPA FIL 4019. I'm getting a 4763 once I get a few other things taken care of. I dunno where Dieselsite's base comes from but it's pretty nice. Actually I think I'm going to send Bob an email and see if he will sell it separately.

Alright I cam figure out how to reduce the outlet side of filter head to 3/8.
Now for the inlet side of the filter head, it comes from the plug just about 2 inches below the thermostat, on the water pump (drivers side) correct?

Yes, IIRC.

hmmmmm, mine is the same size hose from the water pump to the filter head, from the filter head to the T. The stock hose that was spliced for the T is the same size as the hose I just mentioned. No reducer or expander. I am not sure of the size of hose but its the same size that runs from the top of the degas bottle to the radiator.
