It should. I have a 87 with a 5.0 and 2 row radiator and it did just fine. I took my fan shroud and put my electric fan in it, so that it pulled air through the whole radiator. I also bought a temp thingy (Can't remember the name) that would turn the fan on when the water temp hit 185*.
I believe I got my fan out of a taurus.

I just finished installing the "set" of 98 Wndstar fans in my old F250 w/5.8w here in Southern Nevada ...100*
weather ... NO PROBLEM !!!
