Intercooler Questions
Since i'm far enough along in my motor build that I plan on starting the swap Saturday, I figured this would be a good time to ask about Intercoolers. I plan on getting 1 from a second gen 7.3 PSD. I'll take a 6.0 if I can get one. I was just wondering, what should I look for when getting one? Like what will tip me off as to if it's a junk one or if it's in good shape.

Lots of work to fit the 6.0 and probably no advantage to be honest. Being a 94, the 7.3 SD IC is all but a bolt in deal as i understand it.
IMO look for cracks in the tanks, inlet/ outlet, signs of being dropped, and disturbed/ bent/ missing fins.
