7.3 powerstroke trans problems
I have a 1999 7.3 powerstroke had the trans replaced about a year and a half ago. The trans is messed up once again and if i try to accelerate fast the o/d light starts to flash and it has trouble shifting. I've heard of a solenoid that often goes bad on these trucks that has to do with the trans. Can anyone help?

Don't just get some advice and throw some parts at the problem. A blinking OD light means your transmission is trying to tell you something. Have the error codes read and analyzed.

There are two ways to fix this. The easy way is to get the codes read (and not for free at an auto parts store) and KNOW what needs to be fixed. The second way is to buy parts and install them until the problem goes away or you run out of money. I can list all the parts in the trans if you like...
