I wondered where you were from as I would have loved to have had that when I was in Florida. Would have been great in the keys!
No trips to the keys yet in this boat but maybe next summer if all works out ok. Took the boat out today and got two tarpon what a blast that was. Also caught two trout that was dinner.

Great looking truck. I have the same truck in Candy Red, but I think the black looks bad-****.
I don't find the FX4 ride to be too stiff at all, for the poster who was concerned about that.
For the OP, why are you going to level it if you tow that boat? I tow a 5,000# load (car + trailer) and have found the ride height is just right when the trailer is hooked up. You dont' want her dropping to low when you hook yours up.

I have leveled all of my trucks in the past or lifted them or a combo of both. I like to stuff big fat tires under them as i do hunt and get off into the swamps around here. You are correct with the sag in the rear when towing. What i normally do is a 2 inch level in the front then add a 1/2 block taller in the rear to keep me level when towing. I know kinda defeats the purpose of a level but is also a cheap lift kit as well. I have also found with the larger block in the rear the rake is barely noticeable at all. Also the bulk of the boat sits over the axles and there is only about 150lbs tongue weight if that. I know i can lift the tongue of my trailer.
Great boat fishbones! Here is my little beauty...it is not a fishing boat but we do fish off of her.
Very nice boat. I have a friend that lives on lake Okeechobee and he has one. Its a killer party/ski boat. I don't think he has ever fished off of his though. I bought mine for the sole purpose of fishing as you can see in the photos. I do pull my kids on tubes and skis behind it with no issue at all. Im also kind of partial to salt water im lazy and since salt water is denser is easier for a fat lazy guy like me to float in ha ha ha.
I dont wash trucks it sits out side no garage here so theres no point in busting your but just to have it dirty over night. I will wash it after hunting season to get the swamp muck off of it and rinse the rear end after towing the boat since its all saltwater around here.
Dude, I'm all for the manly truck thing..but you're going to want to wash that. It's black, first of all, and I've found the quality of the paint on these things to be somewhat lacking. It'll look like dung after a while.

At least clean the paint, clay bar it and then add a sealant to the paint...it will help a lot to protect your investment if you don't plan to wash it often.
