Your question is confusing. Do you want the alternator adjustment arm you posted the ID number from? Or the alternator mounting bracket (a round spacer is also required)?

Marked with ID number: D3AE-10145-DA = Ford part number: D3AZ-10145-D .. Alternator Adjustment Arm / Obsolete / 1 available NOS

Applications: 1973/75 LTD 400 w/o A/C / 1976/78 LTD 351M/400 w/o A/C // 1977/79 F100/350 351M/400 with/without A/C / 1978/79 Bronco 351M/400 with/without A/C.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
D4AZ-10156-B .. Alternator Mounting Bracket / Obsolete / 2 available NOS

Same applications as above.
---------------------------
D1AZ-8A652-A .. Spacer-Use w/Alternator Mounting Bracket / Obsolete / 60 Available NOS

This round aluminum spacer is about 4" long, is split w/a hole thru it for the mounting bolt. It must be cut to fit. Used on all V8 engines from 1971 thru 1979 and etc.

Ask, and ye shall receive...via the P/M I just sent you.
Since there are only two of these mounting brackets available NOS, I sent you a P/M with the info who has them.

If I post the info here, someone might snag them.
