06 Lariat Climate Control Issues
Well I was hoping it was going to happen under warranty but it didnt. Drove the truck all day yeaster day A/C worked great modes switched fine, today, get into truck go to turn the fan down...no go.
Turned the HVAC control off and the fan came on high on the defrost setting. Turn it on auto and fan speed varies, switch back to manual mode and I have no control of fan speed, but I can control the mode sometimes, and like I said turn it off and it goes to full defrost and hi fan speed.
Outside of replacing the HVAC control unit is there anything else I can do? Im going away on a long trip in about 2 weeks so I would like to fix it. If that is the only fix, which Im sure it is, I will replace it.
