You might try Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market Very handy link for used parts.
You may also want to create a signature for your account. If you need help, it makes it a lot easier to assist knowing the vehicle you drive. Hope the link helps.

I bought some from theseatshop.com and re-did them my self. I ended up doing both front seat bottoms and arm rests. They were moderately difficult..not too bad and they have videos to show you how. I think it was around 200 a seat. They look like factory brand new. I did it over a year ago and seats still look awsome

Another thing that I forgot to add is they also suggest using the "scrubbing bubbles" foaming bathroom cleaner for severely dirty seats (not recommended for normal cleaning as it is pretty rough) I also did this to the other parts of the seat that I didn't replace and it got them almost as clean as the replacement covers.
You just spray it on and scrub it with a brush that isn't too rough..each of my seats turned several white towels black. After that keep them cleaned and conditioned and you won't have to do it again.
Hope some of this helps
