Probably not. The HPOP almost never goes out. Unless it's a reman that someone else replaced when they probably didn't need to. We have seen several reman HPOP's fail.
What part of the country are you in? What are the outside temps when you're reading 210? 210 won't hurt anything, I just usually don't see those temps until it really warms up more.
How long have you had the truck, and did the PO do any mods to it? Maybe you've got a 203 deg. thermostat installed in there.

I ran cooler with a stuck open thermostat.
