Pulled Codes - No Shift into 4th - Any Ideas

Pulled Codes - No Shift into 4th - Any Ideas

DATE 09/00
I am calling this an '01 F-250 SD 4 x 4 super Cab (door and a half)
No Modifications.. XL with Bench seat,, no fancy stuff.
Pulled Transmission Codes PO728 / PO768
3/4 shift solenoid.
Transmission Fluid fine not burned
Magnetic Chip Detector has some stuff, but no chunks just slime, no disintegration of parts visible.
Changed the Solenoid Pack - Did not fix
Changed speed sensor in Pumpkin (rear axle) - did not Fix
30A Maxi Fuse (#17 was blown) Replaced - did not Fix
Does anyone have the "pin out" procedure to test any other electrical items?
One day the truck would not start when in park, ,had to move to neutral and it started,, the gear lever is all loosey goosey,, but no matter how i wiggle it or where i move it,, still no 4th.
I took column apart to check wire from OD switch - looked fine to me
Basically I just drive around now with the OD Button on - Towing trailers everything, no problem.. just no 4th.
Alternator and one Battery changed recently.. no other crazy stuff done to truck.
IS there ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO, before I have to take this in and spend thousands on a new transmission?
