7.3 FALLING ITS FACE....BUT!
2002 7.3. No mods. When its cold it runs like a champ. But you can hear a tick in the motor. Like an exaust leak. Hooked up to my modis,no codes.droped the tank,cleaned the strainers,changed fuel pump,changed oil,changed hpop,the injectors are new,icp,ipr. Fuel inlets on the heads gutted. New turbo,fpr spring is good. Compression test passed with flyin colors. Pulled the heads,lifters good,pushrods good. Everything as a diesel tech I know to do,ive done. If yall can think of anything,im all ears.

What is the ICP psi and IPR duty cycle when it's falling on it's face?
Have you checked fuel pressure?
What about the HPOP level in the reservoir after it falls on it's face?
Checked for boost leaks?
What is the MAP sensor seeing for boost when this occurs?

What fuel pressure do you see at WOT? What ICP and DC% are you seeing?
