3 error codes

3 error codes
I have 3 error codes that I can't seem to figure out.
P0603 - internal control module kam error.
P0605 - internal control module rom error.
P1271 - cylinder 1 - high to low side open.
I have checked all fuses and connections going to pcm. They all look good. I have ohmed the injector was under 5 ohms. Swapped solenoids with 3. Still tripping #1. Ohmed high and low side from 42 pin connector to valve cover, checks out good.
What else should I check before I have to buy a pcm?

I have cleared the codes several times. They keep coming back. I have the batteries disconnected for couple months while I rebuilt the motor. I also had the pcm out to get the code to order the f5. I hooked the f5 up before I rehooked the batteries after the rebuild. Not sure if that would make a difference.

Did you make sure you got the pins cleaned good before you plugged the F5 in?

I just talked to jason at DP. He said the 603 and 605 are because of the chip. Still not sure on the 1271.
