Hi guys. I have a 1996 F250 7.5L v8 XLT. I've finally gotten some money saved up and I want to invest in some upgrades. I've already taken care of the sound system, and the lift kit/tires. My next adventure is the exhaust. I am removing the cat. due to having smog exempt paperwork and I want to put the muffler on right where the cat used to be and put a tip that dumps the exhaust right out the side behind the passengers door. Any ideas and what muffler I should get? I want to make my truck louder and deeper but not have annoying interior resonance. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Those two requirements are NOT going to work well with each other!!!
And when I say under the passengers door I mean farther back under the bed. It's an extended cab long bed. I will probably have the tip poke out about a foot or so from the rear tire.
All right. Thank you. Do you have any recommendations for the tip sizes?
No use in getting a special tip. If you get anything with a coating, it will just be eroded off by the rocks from the road. I just have them baloney cut some of the same size pipe and put it on there.
