Have you tried your local parts houses. You should be able to get one there.

NumberDummy already stated that its not the same as the 223 which is what I have. But, when mine went I was able to get a fuel pump from NAPA. You should check there even though yours is a little more rare.

I had the same problem with our '64. Napa couldn't get one. I ended up swapping the diaphragm from an FE pump.

Is there anything that will work? For instance, FE pumps will work in a Y-Block. Is there another pump that will work in a 262 even though it's not correct and may not cross reference?

Welcome to FTE

I asked a moderator to move your thread to the correct forum. This one is for 1961/66 trucks, so you won't get much help here.

1964 262 I-6 fuel pump/fuel pump repair kit is one year only, nothing else is the same. Post #3, found the OP 5 NOS fuel pumps, 1 NOS fuel pump repair kit.

1963/64 F100/350 292 uses the exact same fuel pump as 1965/67 F100/350 352, 1968/76 F100/350 360/390 / 1963/71 Galaxie/LTD 352/390.

As original: The 1961/62 292 fuel pumps had a glass bowl with a ceramic filter inside. 1963/64 292's and the FE's have a metal can that threads on with a cartridge fuel filter inside.

D2TZ-9350-A fuel pump replaced: C3AZ-9350-J (292), C3AZ-9350-R & S (FE car/truck), C9TZ-9350-A (truck).

And, FT engines also use this same fuel pump.
