If your low is around 30 and your high is around 220 you're in the ballpark. There are factor that will affect these numbers, such as engine RPM, outside temperature, percent of accurate refrigerant charge, etc.

No such sensor on an 03 F-series.
Ford didn't publish charts in the service manuals for a long time. They were in the WSM through the R12 days and, IIRC, just started getting back in the manual around 04.
