Tire size?

I am sure this has been beat to death but I have to ask. I have a 1996 F250 cc short box 4wd. I am looking at installing 17x9 rims with 5" bs really cheap price thats why size. I would like to know if LT285/75r17(34x11.5x17) would fit on stock suspension. Like the looks of the Toyo Open Country Mud Terrain. I really dont want to lift truck if I dont have to. It currently has BFG mud trains 255/85r16 and work good towing a 26ft gooseneck loaded. thanks for advice and opinions

There is only 0.8" total difference in tire height according to this site... http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecal...?action=submit so I don't see them being a problem.

Did you ever end up doing it?? I’ve got the same truck, and trying to decide if I can tuck a set of 286/75/16 on my Alcoa’s too without having to make any modifications! Cheers
