Anyone using a BD Adjustable Track Bar?

I do, not lifted though. I added to eliminate the sloppy ball joint on the factory track bar setup. This took care of the death wobbles.

I'm not so sure replacing the track bar is going to affect ride quality a hole heck of a lot. It keeps the axle centered under the truck. Kind of a it works or it doesn't kind of a thing.

well, Ride quality is fine as long as you don't hit any bumps/cracks or holes
if you do, you get wayy to much feel through the steering wheel..
and ultimately it feels like shiet driving over any thing but a freshly paved road..

What I'm asking is are you certain they are not failing because what you are describing is exactly what happens when a steering stabilizer fails, not a track bar. Track bar keeps your axle centered (left to right). I can't see how it will affect ride quality unless you see the entire front axle way to the right or left. Is the axle centered under the truck? If it is, then I doubt that is what's going on. Steering stabilizer does just that...stabilizes the front end. Could be any number of things as well. I'd take it to an experienced 4wd shop and ask them to inspect the front end.

Although if you have a track bar with heim joints, it will definitely worsen ride quality. I wouldn't fit heim's to anything that is a road going vehicle.

well what do you guys consider TOO much castor?
SS have only 2k miles on them (high estimate)
I'm certain I have about 1/16 to 1/8th of play in the ICON track bar.
Edit: Rubber bushings, And the play is on the frame mount.
