Drain the rear differential and replace the fluid along with the appropriate friction modifier - but only if it's a limited slip rear end.
If it's a standard rear end, you can try and replace the fluid and see if it helps.
Both ways, it's a somewhat costly experiment (+/- $100) to see if it works.

How do I tell if I have a limited slip or standard diff
Get your axle code off the door sticker, and then google "ford axle codes" or similar and it will tell you what it is. Someone here may have the decoder handy so you could also just post it.
