Little update. I ordered the wrong mirrors first and couldn't get a hold of te guy to cancel the order so I ordered the other ones too. The older model has a lot smaller triangle plastic portion then the newer ones. I will post some pics of them this afternoon. Been working a ton lately so payday will be a good day to get the last couple pieces of the puzzle to get the rig back together and start on these mirrors

Well this is the difference between the two generations of mirrors.

The newer generation are huge and only have 2 bolts. Hmm.

Finally getting around to putting these mirrors on. Will be doin it this week. One last quick question, did u use the mounting studs that came with it or take them out and put some bolts in?

I took them out and utilized bolts. It is a major pain and it involved removing the vent window frame bolts/screws and it still sucked to get your hand in there.

Well got the mirrors on




Then I towed this 28foot trailer I bought home with about 3-4k lbs of power poles in it. What a difference them mirrors make. Just got a couple finishing touches to do. I was able to get all 3 bolts in. They are pretty stiff.

Looks good. I'm planning on doing some kind of tow mirror here in the future. Thanks for another good thread on it

It was actually a pretty easy install. Only takes a couple hrs.
