Omstar 1280X ?

Anyone using omstar 1280 X fuel additive ? Spoke with a guy who works there but he had no knowledge of lubricity rating just a CARB approval

Thanks,read this here awhile ago and have been using XPD since.after posting the OP I read some more on omstar, sounds like biodiesel users product

Additives are one thing, biodiesel is another. I personally like biodiesel, particularly its inherent lubricity, but what I don't like is that anything higher than B5 is NOT recommended in our trucks and that the refinement process for bio can vary incredibly and doesn't have the same level of quality as typical refinery grade #2. Just remember if you have any fuel related issues with your 6.4 one of the first things Ford will do is take a sample from your tank or water separator and check your filter maintenance. Higher than B5 and you're hosed from jump street...
