bad vibration and pulls

bad vibration and pulls
I didnt see any related posed so im making a new one. I have a 2006 F250 dsl crew cab 4x4. I just drove 600 miles yesterday and when i was backing the horse trailer and turning the wheel i felt like i ran something over. I got out to look and there was nothing on the ground. Now when i drive the truck it has a really bad vibration and if you take your hands off the wheel it pulls straight to the right. Any ideas?

I did a front tire switch and the pulling went to the left that time so i knew it was the tires. I bought new tires today went back to stock and the vibration and pulling has stopped
